In recognition of October being Domestic Violence Awareness month, the Chapel Hill Underground, in conjunction with Angela Nguyen, will host a benefit to raise money for the Compass Center for Women & Families (formerly The Women's Center and The Family Violence Prevention Center of Orange County). These 2 local organizations have recently merged to help both women and families of domestic violence who need assistance to become secure, self-sufficient and safe....AND WE WANT TO HELP THEM!!!!
The event will feature the following all female bands or female fronted bands....

The Purchase (members of Caltrop, fin fang foom & Bellafea)

LAM! Lam! http://lamlam.bandcamp.com/
Local Lady DJ Fifi-Hifi will be spinning tunes in between sets and finish the night up with a dance party!

$10 cover (with all door proceeds donated to the Compass Center)
