Come out tonight to support the kick off for Girls Rock NC's 10 year Anniversary Event Series! 

The event will take place 1/30 at 9pm at the Station in Carrboro, and has no cover, but we strongly suggest donating to Girls Rock NC.  Extra information at the Facebook Event.

Girls Rock NC provides music and empowerment programs to girls and women in the Triangle area of North Carolina. Their programs use music as a vehicle for building community and self-esteem. They accomplish this by focusing on the “three Cs”: creativity, confidence and collaboration.

Pink Flag features Betsy Shane, a current Girls Rock board member and program director and Jessica Caesar, a Girls Rock volunteer.  Cosmic Punk boasts Elayna Madden, a former camper and current volunteer for the organization. The Bastages feature a slew of GRNC Allies.

Girls Rock will be accepting donations and selling some (pretty sweet) merchandise at the show, but you can make donations at any time through Give Me Girls Rock.

In addition, we will be joined by Art Images Live for live drawing. 

This will be a great event, don't miss it!

We're pleased to announce that Pink Flag will be playing the Pinhook in Durham on July 31 with Brookyln's Wojcik and Greensboro's Eros and The Eschaton.

Expect to hear a slew of new material in anticipation of a new recording, and watch this space for news regarding the previously shelved full-length including many of your favorites!
